Have you ever heard of Pantone? They’re color specialists. This comes directly from the ‘Who We Are’ section of their website: [Pantone] is the world-renowned authority on color and provider of color systems and leading technology for the selection and accurate communication of color across a variety of industries. The Pantone name is known worldwide as the standard language for color communication from designer to manufacturer to retailer to customer. Let’s just say they know their stuff when it comes to color.
Every year Pantone announces their “Color of the Year”. This is the color the experts believe will have a strong showing across industries such as fashion, home décor, etc. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls… introducing the 2015 Color of the Year… MARSALA!
